摘要:

糖尿病血管病变是导致糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一,其致病机制复杂且尚未明确。研究表明,糖尿病血管病变发生和发展的分子机制可能与多元醇通路、蛋白质非酶糖基化、己糖胺通路、蛋白激酶C系统、氧化应激和补体系统等产生的多种生物效应有关。文章就糖尿病大血管并发症发生的危险因素、病理生理及分子机制等方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Diabetic vasculopathy is one of the major causes of death in patients with diabetes, which has complicate pathogenesis and is not yet clear. Studies showed that biological effects, such as polyol pathway, non-enzymatic glycation of proteins, hexosamine pathway, activation of protein kinase C, oxidative stress, and compensatory system, contribute to the occurrence and development of diabetic vasculopathy. The research progress of risk factors, pathophysiology, and molecular mechanism of occurrence of complications of macroangiopathy in diabetes is reviewed in this paper.
