摘要:

成纤维细胞生长因子19(FGF19)是成纤维细胞生长因子家族成员之一,主要功能是调节胆汁酸平衡。近年来研究发现FGF19在糖脂蛋白质代谢中起重要作用,可促进肝脏糖原与蛋白质合成,抑制糖异生及三酰甘油和胆固醇的合成。随着对FGF19研究的不断深入,有望为糖尿病等代谢性疾病的治疗提供新的途径。

Abstract:

Fibroblast growth factor 19 (FGF19) is one of the members of the fibroblast growth factor family, and has been shown to regulate the bile acid balance. Recent studies have revealed that FGF19 plays an important role in glucose, lipid and protein metabolism, which could induce glycogen and protein synthesis, suppress gluconeogenesis and triglyceride and cholesterol synthesis in liver. These new findings of FGF19 may pave a new way for the treatment of metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus.
