摘要:

炎症与代谢综合征的发生和发展密切相关。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的生殖内分泌代谢性疾病,近年发现PCOS患者存在慢性低度炎症,与其远期并发症的形成密切相关。但最近证据提示慢性持续性炎症出现可能在更早期即参与了PCOS病理生理的发生和发展,如慢性炎症与高雄激素血症、慢性炎症与胰岛素抵抗之间的相互作用。而对PCOS患者慢性低度炎症的早期识别和干预,为PCOS的病因学研究和治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Inflammation is closely related to the occurrence and development of metabolic syndrome. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrinology
metabolic disease in reproductive women. Recent studies showed that PCOS is related to  the situation of chronic low-grade inflammation, which is highly
correlated to long-term complications of PCOS. However, the new evidences indicated that chronic persistent inflammation may take part in the early
development of pathophysiology of PCOS, such as interaction between chronic inflammation and hyperandrogenism and insulin resistence. With the early
detection and treatment of chronic low-grade inflammation of PCOS, it can be a new direction of pathogenesis and treatment of PCOS.
