摘要: 随着人们生活质量的提高,居民的寿命得到了普遍延长,老年痴呆发病的人数也不断增加。流行病学和动物实验研究均发现,大气颗粒物与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease,AD)的发生相关。该文综述了大气的细颗粒物通过嗅球途径进入大脑引起与 AD相关的氧化应激损伤和神经炎症的机制。

Abstract:

With the improvement of quality of life, the life expectancy of residents is generally prolonged, and people suffering Alzheimer′s disease (AD) is increasing. Epidemiological and animal experiments have found that atmospheric particulate matter is associated with AD. This article briefly reviews the mechanisms of AD-related oxidative stress damage and neuroinflammation causedatmospheric fine particulate matter entering the brain via olfactory bulb pathway.
