摘要:

随着人类基因组计划的拓展及后基因组时代的来临,人们对人类基因组结构和功能的认识不断深化。越来越多的非编码RNA(ncRNA)被发现,其中长度>200个核苷酸的ncRNA被称为长链ncRNA(LncRNA),广泛参与了包括生长、分化、发育和凋亡在内的病理生理过程,成为肿瘤研究的新热点。乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。该文就LncRNA概念及其对乳腺癌发生、发展和预后的影响作一综述。

Abstract:

With the expanding of human genome project and advent of post-genomic era, understanding of genome structure and function is more and more deepening. Increasing noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) were discovered, among which longer than 200 nucleotides termed as long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) are involved in the pathophysiological processes including proliferation, differentiation, development, and apoptosis, becoming the new hot spots of cancer research. Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women. In this article, the conception of LncRNAs and its role in occurrence, development and prognosis of breast cancer is reviewed.
