上海市居民就医等待时间调查分析

Analysis of waiting time in medical visits of Shanghai residents

摘要:

目的 了解上海市居民就医等待时间,并提出针对性政策建议。方法 采用随机分层抽样选取上海市中心区、城乡结合区和郊区各2个区,运用自编问卷对各区共3 600名就医患者进行调查,以了解上海市居民门诊、住院就医等待时间的情况。结果 实际可用问卷数3 287份,问卷有效率91.3%。门诊患者挂号平均等候时间约为13 min,住院患者约为16 min;患者平均候诊时间约为30 min。对于挂号等待时间,不同就医形式、职业和医保形式的患者之间存在差异;对于候诊时间,不同文化水平、居住地和医保形式的患者之间存在差异。结论 医疗机构挂号形式应多样化,应搭建预约挂号平台,促进患者分时间段就诊,以缩短无效等待时间,分流患者人群。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the waiting time in medical visits of Shanghai residents, and to put forward specific policy recommendations. Methods Three thousand and six hundred residents in 6 districts in the center, combination of town and country and suburbs of Shanghai were selected by stratified random sampling method, and self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the waiting time in medical visits of the outpatients and inpatients. Results The number of valid questionnaires was 3 287, with the effective rate of 91.3%. The average waiting time in registration for outpatients was about 13 min, and that of inpatients was 16 min. The average waiting time for doctors was about 30 min. There were differences in the waiting time in registration among patients with different forms of medical visits (inpatients or outpatients), various occupations and different types of medical insurance. There were differences in the waiting time for doctors among patients with various levels of education, different residences and different types of medical insurance. Conclusion In order to shorten the invalid waiting time and triage the population, diversified forms in registration should be taken, registered reservation platform should be established, and sub-time medical visits should be encouraged.
