糖尿病教育在糖尿病防治中起着重要作用，目前国内的糖尿病教育形式多样，内容丰富，但仍处于探索阶段；国外已制定了明确的糖尿病教育标准。糖尿病患者接受糖尿病教育后的长期依从性有待提高。将以糖尿病患者为中心的团体（心理）治疗模式引入糖尿病教育，通过成员之间的相互影响有助于患者摆脱对疾病的恐惧和担忧，改善生活方式，提高依从性。

At present, the forms of diabetes education are various, and the contents are rich in china, while there is much room for exploration. However, some other countries have developed definite standards for diabetes education. The long-term compliance of patients after receiving diabetes education needs to be improved. Diabetes education with patient-centered group psychotherapy might help patients get rid of fear and worry about diabetes by interaction between members, and improve lifestyle and compliance.
