Abstract: The risk assessment tools for neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis were reviewed, and the clinical applicability, and content and methods of using the assessment tools were described. The deficiencies of the tools were analyzed, so as to provide reference for healthcare worker in early identification of high-risk neonates, judgment of disease progression and timing of surgery.
