Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is becoming progressively popular, as it can provide real-time blood flow parameterdetecting active red blood cells in capillaries without using a contrast agent. OCTA plays an important role in diagnosing eye diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal vessel occlusion, inflammatory eye disease, thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy, etc. This article reviewed the of OCTA in auxiliary diagnosis of eye diseases.
