This paper reported a case of splenic epidermoid cyst. The patient was clinically characterized by epigastric discomfort, and splenic multiple cysts were revealed by B ultrasound and CT examinations. Splenectomy was then conducted, and splenic epidermoid cyst was determined by pathological examination after operation. The patient experienced favorable recovery. On basis of literature review, some issues about this case were discussed.
