With the development of medical standards and living conditions in recent years, the reproductive and parenting issues for women with epilepsy have been attracting more and more attention. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand different influencing factors on fertility rate and explore new preventive and therapeutic measures for improving fertility rate and quality of life. On basis of literature review, the influencing factors on fertility rate of women with epilepsy were discussed.
