Abstract:
In recent years, the incidence of coronary artery disease in China has tended to increase. Early screening of patients with coronary artery disease may lead to the appropriate therapeutic intervention and reduce the incidence of serious adverse cardiac events. Nowadays, the common diagnostic imaging methods include invasive coronary angiography, echocardiography, multi-slice spiral CT, radionuclide imaging and magnetic resonance imaging. With the rapid development of CT imaging technology, in addition to coronary angiography, dual-source CT can conduct stress myocardial perfusion imaging. This “one-stop” examination can obtain coronary anatomical features and myocardial hemodynamic change at the same time, which provides the basis for proper clinical intervention. The research progress of clinical application of dualsource CT myocardial perfusion imaging is reviewed in this paper.
