摘要

目的 以直接节段多频生物电阻抗(DSM-BIA)法为参照标准,检验人体学测量法评估造血干细胞移植患儿人体成分的准确性。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法,对65例在上海儿童医学中心进行造血干细胞移植的患儿使用DSM-BIA法测定人体成分,同时测量患儿的身高、体质量、中上臂围、肱三头肌皮褶厚度和腰围等人体学测量指标,并以DSM-BIA法为参照标准,检验人体学测量法评估造血干细胞移植患儿人体成分的准确性。结果 无论是总体,还是在不同性别和不同发育水平情况下,肱三头肌皮褶厚度与DSM-BIA法测得的体脂百分比(%BFDSM-BIA)的一致性最高且标准误最小。结论 肱三头肌皮褶厚度是一个能够准确、简单地反映造血干细胞移植患儿体脂水平的评估指标。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the accuracy of anthropometric methods in assessing the body composition of children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with direct segmental multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis (DSM-BIA) as reference standard. Methods With prospective design, 65 children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in Shanghai Children's Medical Center were enrolled. The body composition was measured by DSM-BIA, and the height, weight, mid upper arm circumference, triceps skinfold thickness and waist circumference were also recorded. Using DSM-BIA as reference standard, the accuracy of anthropometric measurements in assessing the body composition of children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was tested. Results No matter in general or stratified by genders and mature status, triceps skinfold thickness had the highest correlation and minimal standard error with body fat percent measured by DSM-BIA (%BFDSM-BIA). Conclusion Triceps skinfold thickness is a favorable indicator in reflecting the body fat status of children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
