摘要

梨状腹综合征（PBS）是一种少见的先天性发育异常，典型临床表现为腹壁肌肉发育不良或缺如、泌尿系统畸形和双侧隐睾。文章报道一例PBS患者，结合文献复习，对PBS的相关问题进行探讨。

Abstract

Prune belly syndrome (PBS) is a congenital developmental anomaly of rare occurrence, which is characterized by the clinical manifestations of absence of abdominal musculature, urinary system abnormity and bilateral cryptorchidism. A case of PBS is reported, and some issues about PBS are discussed on basis of literature review in this paper.
