目前胰腺癌的治疗仍极具挑战性。手术治疗提供了仅有的治愈机会，但即使是根治性切除的患者，术后复发和转移的风险仍很高。因此，术后的辅助治疗越来越被重视。对于可行切除术的胰腺肿瘤患者，术前新辅助治疗或许是更好的选择。晚期胰腺癌患者的治疗仍以化疗或联合放、化疗为主，疗效较差。靶向治疗作为新的研究方向，目前疗效仍不令人满意。该文就目前胰腺癌治疗领域重要的临床研究作一综述，以期探讨更佳的治疗模式。

The treatment of pancreatic carcinoma is still a challenge. Surgical removal is the only chance to cure pancreatic cancer. The risk of recurrence and metastasis remains high even for patients who have undergone radical dissection. Therefore, adjuvant therapy after surgery is crucial. For patients whose tumors are considered borderline resectable, neoadjuvant therapy before surgery maybe a good choice. Chemotherapy, alone or in combination with radiation, is the major treatment for patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma, but the outcome is not ideal. The targeted therapy shows promising future, but the therapeutic effect is unsatisfactory by far. This paper reviews clinical studies on the treatment of pancreatic cancer, so as to explore better therapy models.
