目的·探讨2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）患者糖化血红蛋白（hemoglobin A1c，HbA1c）与血黏度及外周动脉血流的相关性。方法·345例T2DM患者均获检血糖、HbA1c、血黏度以及外周动脉血管超声，并按HbA1c水平分为4组：A组（HbA1c结果·B、C、D组（HbA1c≥7%）在1/s、5/s、30/s、200/s剪切率下全血黏度均显著高于A组（HbA1cP结论·T2DM患者中血HbA1c水平与血黏度、全血HSRV呈正相关，与左右侧颈内动脉内径呈显著负相关性，但未见与外周动脉血流有明显相关性。

Objective · To investigate the relationship of hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) with blood viscosity and peripheral arterial blood flow in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods · A total of 345 patients with T2DM were divided into four groups according to the HbA1c levels: group A (HbA1c≤ HbA1c≤ HbA1c≥ 10.0%, 77 cases).
