Workshop of Medical Literature Evaluation Held by SJTU School of Medicine
• On 13th December 2020 afternoon, Workshop of Evidence Based Medical Literature Evaluation was held in the Lecture Hall of Library, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. The workshop was jointly organized by the Library and the Journal of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Medical Science). Professor DENG Hongyong from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was invited to lecture on evidence-based literature reading and citing with PICO principle, in which he talked about topics such as the concept of evidence-based medicine, the method of finding, using and evaluating evidence, the design and practice of clinical research, etc. About 40 trainees from the school of medicine, Ruijin Hospital, Renji Hospital, Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Chest Hospital, Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Children’s Medical Center and Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital attended the workshop.
