摘要:  精神分裂症是一种重性精神疾病,反复发作,预后差,给家庭和社会带来沉重负担,但其病因和发病机制尚未被完全阐明。 研究发现精神分裂症患者免疫系统存在异常。白介素等细胞因子作为免疫系统的重要组成部分,与精神分裂症的病因和发病机制存在 重要关联。该文对白介素 17 与精神分裂症的相关性研究进行了综述。

Abstract:

Schizophrenia is a severe, recurrent mental disorder with a poor prognosis and brings a great burden to patients' family and society. However, its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated. Previous studies have implicated abnormalities of the immune system in schizophrenia. Besides, it has also been shown that there does exist a significant association between schizophrenia and interleukins, a kind of cytokine as an important component of the immune system. The present review aims to provide an updated overview of the relevance between interleukin-17 and schizophrenia.
