Determination of effects of synthesis intervention based on RBANS on cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia

摘要:

目的 研究基于可重复神经心理状态测验(RBANS)的综合干预对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法 采用随机数字法将128例精神分裂症患者分为综合干预组(n=68)和对照组(n=60),分别于入组时、干预结束时及干预后6、12个月时对两组患者进行随访,采用RBANS量表评估患者的认知功能。结果 干预后6个月,综合干预组的延迟记忆因子得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后12个月,综合干预组RBANS总分及即刻记忆、视觉空间结构、延迟记忆等因子得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),综合干预组RBANS总分变化与患者的年龄和总病程呈显著负相关(r=-0.298, P=0.001; r=-0.231, P=0.014)。结论 基于RBANS的综合干预可以有效改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effects of synthesis intervention based on Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuro-psychological Status (RBANS) on the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 128 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into synthesis intervention group (n=68) and control group (n=60), and the cognitive function of patients was assessed with RBANS during the follow up before intervention, at the end of intervention, 6 months after intervention and 12 months after intervention. Results Six months after intervention, the delayed memory score in synthesis intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Twelve months after intervention, the total RBANS score, immediate memory score, visuospatial/constructional score and delayed memory score in synthesis intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The changes of total RBANS score were correlated with age and total disease course of patients in synthesis intervention group (P<0.05). Conclusion Synthesis intervention based on RBANS can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.
