摘要:

基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP7)通过酶解胞外基质蛋白和抑制fas/fasl介导凋亡信号的转导,在肿瘤发生、发展、预后的预测以及某些药物的耐药方面发挥着重要的作用。文章就MMP7在肿瘤中的作用和可能机制及其在肿瘤治疗方面的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Matrix metalloproteinase 7 (MMP7) plays an important role in tumorigenesis, tumor development and resistance to some anti-tumor medicine by degrading proteins of extracellular matrix and blocking fas/fasl apoptosis signal pathway. This paper discusses the mechanisms by which MMP7 contribute to carcinogenesis, and the research progress of MMP7 in tumor treatment.
