医院中青年医师工作幸福感量表的效度测评

Validity testing of working well-being scale for young and middle-aged clinician

摘要:

目的 对工作幸福感量表进行效度测评,为研究医院中青年临床医师工作幸福感的影响因素提供量化工具。方法 在上海交通大学医学院附属的3所综合性医院内,采用整群分层随机抽样的方法选取250名30~45岁的临床骨干医师为调查样本,采用工作幸福感量表(包括情绪体验量表和工作幸福感认知量表)进行调查,运用主成分法及相关因子分析对量表进行效度测评。结果 回收有效量表246份,有效率98.4%。工作幸福感量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.872,内容效度指数(CVI)为0.861;由于该量表是由情绪体验与工作幸福感认知两部分组成,分别进行主成分法检验。情绪体验部分由2个主要因子组成,即积极情绪和消极情绪,主成分分析析出初始因子总方差解释率达59.94%,条目解释比例达88.9%;认知部分由8个主要因子组成(报酬与福利满意度、奖励与认可满意度、工作本身满意度、职业发展满意度、同事满意度、管理者满意度、工作程序满意度和人际协调满意度),主成分分析析出初始因子总方差解释率达61.54%,条目解释比例达83.3%。结论 量表具有可接受的结构效度,在对部分条目进一步完善后可以应用于医院工作者工作幸福感的测量。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the validity of working well-being scale, and provide a quantitative tool for assessment of factors related to young and middle-aged clinician. Methods A total of 250 young and middle-aged clinician aged between 30 and 45 were recruited from three comprehensive hospitals affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine by stratified cluster random sampling, and were asked to complete the working well-being scale, including mood experience section and working well-being cognition section. The construct validity of the scale was assessed by principal components analysis and factorial validity analysis. Results There were 246 effective questionnaires, with the effective rate of 98.4%. The Cronbach´s alpha coefficient and content validity index (CVI) of working well-being scale were 0.872 and 0.861 respectively. Considering that the scale was composed of mood experience section and working well-being cognition section, principal components analysis was performed in each section separately. Mood experience section was constituted by 2 main factors: positive mood and negative mood. Principal components analysis indicated that the explanation rate of total variance of original factors reached 59.94%, and the explanation rate of items reached 88.9%. Cognition section was constituted by eight main factors: pay and welfare, reward and approval, job occupation, career development, colleague, supervisor, working routine, and interpersonal coordination. The explanation rate of total variance of original factors reached 61.54%, and the explanation rate of items reached 83.3%. Conclusion The working well-being scale has acceptable construct validity, and can be used for assessment of working well-being in medical staff after modification.
