摘要:

Wnt通路作为调控细胞生长、发育和分化的重要信号途径一直是医学研究的热点。近年来的研究表明,Wnt信号通路在调控间充质干细胞(MSCs)成骨分化过程中发挥重要作用,其机制已成为骨组织工程研究的热点,也为骨质疏松症等疾病的治疗提供了新思路。该文对Wnt信号通路调控MSCs成骨分化的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Wnt signaling pathway has been the focus of medical research as it plays a significant role in regulating the growth, development and differentiation of cells. Recent studies have revealed that Wnt signaling pathway may play an important role in regulating the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), the mechanism of which has been the hotspot of bone tissue engineering and provides a new way for the treatment of diseases such as osteoporosis. The research progress of Wnt signaling pathway in regulating osteogenic differentiation of MSCs is reviewed in this paper.
