光学相干断层扫描血管成像在眼部疾病诊断中的应用

摘要: 光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)技术自20世纪90年代应用于临床以来,不断发展进步。近年来光学相干断层扫描血管成像(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)正逐渐于临床普及。该技术不需要静脉注射造影剂,仅通过检测毛细血管内正常运动的红细胞,即可实现血液流动检测及对组织进行形态学评估。目前OCTA应用于诸多眼科疾病的诊断,如糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜血管阻塞、炎性眼病及甲状腺相关眼病等。该文就OCTA对眼部疾病诊断的应用做一综述。

Abstract:

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) has been developing continuously since its first application in clinical practice in the 1990s. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is becoming progressively popular, as it can provide real-time blood flow parameterdetecting active red blood cells in capillaries without using a contrast agent. OCTA plays an important role in diagnosing eye diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal vessel occlusion, inflammatory eye disease, thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy, etc. This article reviewed the of OCTA in auxiliary diagnosis of eye diseases.
