青少年戒烟动机量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘要： 目的·引进并汉化青少年戒烟动机量表（Adolescent Reasons for Quitting Scale，ARFQ），检验其信效度。方法·均采用方便抽样的原则，样本1选取384名高中生进行施测，对数据进行项目分析、探索性因子、区分效度、内部一致性信度和分半信度分析；样本2选取191名高中生进行施测，对数据进行验证性因子分析；间隔4周后，在样本1中选取60名学生进行重测。结果·中文版ARFQ包括4个维度16个条目。探索性因子分析提取的4个公因子分别命名为“短期后果”“长期关注”“社会反对”“亲友反对”，累计方差贡献率达到64.04%。验证性因子分析结果提示，四因子模型拟合度良好（卡方自由度比为2.06，近似误差均方根为0.05，增量拟合指数为0.95，拟合优度指数为0.94，修正的拟合优度指数为0.91，Tucker-Lewis指数为0.94）。总量表的内部一致性Cronbach's α系数为0.79，各维度系数为0.72～0.90。分半信度为0.76，重测信度为0.84。结论·中文版ARFQ具有良好的信效度，可以作为青少年戒烟动机的测量工具。

Abstract:

Objective · To introduce and localize the Adolescence Reasons for Quitting Scale (ARFQ) and test its reliability and validity. Methods · Convenient sampling was used. Three hundred and eighty-four high school students were selected as sample 1 for item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, discriminant validity test, internal consistency reliability and split-half reliability. One hundred and ninety-one high school students were selected as sample 2 for confirmatory factor analysis. Four weeks later, 60 students in sample 1 were selected for retest. Results · The Chinese version of ARFQ included 4 dimensions and 16 items. Four common factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis were named "Short-Term Consequences" "Long-Term Concerns" "Social Disapproval" and "Relatives' and Friends' Disapproval", and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.04%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that four-factor model fitted well [χ2/df=2.06, root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) =0.05, incremental fit index (IFI) =0.95, goodness of fit index (GFI) =0.94, adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) =0.91, and Tucker-Lewis index (TLI) =0.94]. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.79, and the coefficient of each dimension was 0.72-0.90. The split-half reliability was 0.76, and the test-retest reliability was 0.84. Conclusion · The Chinese version of ARFQ is a valid and reliable instrument to measure the motivation of adolescents' quitting smoking.
