双相障碍是一种重性精神病,患者终生自杀未遂率高,且自杀行为大多发生在抑郁发作期间。因此,深入研究其机制对于预防和早期发现并干预自杀的发生至关重要。随着磁共振成像技术发展,双相障碍自杀患者的大脑结构和功能被发现存在异常。该文从结构改变、功能改变、结构-功能改变以及中枢代谢与脑血流灌注4个方面回顾以双相障碍患者为对象且应用磁共振成像技术进行研究的文献,总结自杀相关脑部影像学改变;侧重区分不同情绪发作状态下以及不同自杀定义下的脑磁共振影像改变,旨在为进一步探索双相障碍自杀的病理生理机制提供参考。
